We are proud to announce new tools to help our clients develop cultures of continuous innovation powered by Collaboration Design. There is so much going on in the world it is easy to lose sight of the smaller things that make our daily lives easier and help us be more successful. 

Let’s take a quick look at the new ways we are supporting our clients.

Wursta Customer Portal Update – G Suite Toolbox

G Suite Toolbox has been added to our Customer Portal to provide admins the power to make changes to their G Suite instance and request help from their fingertips. 


What is the G Suite Toolbox?

G Suite Toolbox feature was launched to offer admin capabilities right from the portal such as; password resets, managing Gmail delegates, and adjusting Calendar permissions!

Toolbox permissions allow the user to take domain-wide actions that the user may not normally have access to do directly within the G Suite Admin console (such as change another user’s password or manage email delegates and calendar sharing).

Monthly New Hire Training 

Effective collaboration does not happen by accident so it is critical that our clients’ new hires are trained in how best to use the communication and collaboration tools they have available. 

Wursta is now offering free monthly G Suite training for our clients’ new hires that will explore the fundamentals of Gmail, Google Calendar, Meet, and Drive to ensure they are able to be productive right from the start.
