Run Efficient Meetings with Access To Meeting Documents Directly in Google Meet

G Suite allows you to run organized Google Meet meetings with links to important documents for all meeting attendees in Google Meet.  It’s easy, effective and efficient, and it makes video calls run much smoother. Here’s how.

Attach files you want to share with attendees to the calendar event. Remember to add Hangouts Meet to the event if it is not automatically created for you.

Now, once users jump into the meeting, they won’t have to go back to their calendar or emails to find documents they need for the meeting. Simply click “Meeting Details” in the bottom left corner of the Meet, then in the resulting popup click “Attachments.”

Each attachment’s name will be listed with an icon to the left that indicates the document’s type. Clicking on any of the attachments names will open the document in a new tab.
